Last I dealt with one I was told Washington State would not issue title as they were considered equipment. All I have dealt with were sold on a bill of sale.

While that is partially true, if for any use on county/state highways then that changes because
of fuel usage, on road or is it off. Ton's of grey area that can change with usage.

Seems like a lot of work, just to sell it. You would think if they needed it enough to rebuild it, they wouldn't want to get rid of it.

It looks like the 5th wheel is hydraulic raise, what locks it in when its in the "down" position? Is it just in some 1/2 saddles that catch it?

Not sure I would have done all the aluminum fuel tank/ hyd tank/ headache rack either. If its meant to do rough work in the woods, I guess I would have gone steel. Maybe its now just a toy?

Refurb list:

Rebuild rear spring saddles Sandblast frame and remaining steel parts Hand sand and prime Cab Primer entire shell Rebuild spring saddles Chrome air cleaners All new custom exhaust Install new hood latches Custom-made engine fan shroud New pedal assemblies New pedal rubbers New muffler & chrome guard Complete new AC installed Install new electric control board 2 New 8D Batteries Re-bearing both Clark 91,000 lb rearends Replace all universal joints All new brakes, hubs, slack adjusters Refurbished steering column New turn signal New glass in Cab New aluminum stairway both sides on Cab Aluminum battery covers New heater Install new steps front bumper Custom built Jenna all aluminum headache racks & chain locker Custom built all aluminum fuel tank Refurbished interior headliner New interior door panels New interior rear panels New weatherstripping & door felts New sun visors New driver and passenger seats Build two new front steel fenders LED headlights and marker lights Three new back-up & side cameras New marine plywood (1-inch floor) New floor mat and mud flaps All new mirrors

I'm guessing someone went out of business just after refurbishing the truck. It appears the trailer is for sale also.
