I'm not disagreeing with you about how it should have happened. It probably would have had more publicity and been handled more diligently had it been closer to a metro region. in some areas but the standard of 55 gallons diesel spill constitutes rules engaged. Being
it was upside down and the fact Freightliner fuel caps leak, pretty sure it ran some out the
vents quickly.
