JD CT332 Drive speed low, hydraulics not warming up, glow plugs not triggering

Have a JD CT332 that as the title says, has slow final drive speeds. ( Boom and bucket seem a little slow too but not as bad as the drive for moving )
I've checked the charge pump pressure at the hydraulic filter test port and am getting roughly 480 psi at low idle and if I go up with rpm, it will go to 580 psi.
As per the repair manual, it's looking like at fast idle, the pressure should be roughly 400 psi so it seems to be over pressuring.

I've also noticed that the hydraulic temperature doesn't seem to go up as per the gauge on the emu panel at the top. I originally thought perhaps the temperature wasn't going up due to a faulty sensor however the sensor does change temperature up and down a couple degrees and is close to what I think is ambient temperature.

I'm thinking the two issues may be related in that the charge pump perhaps isn't circulating and that's why it's over pressuring and not warming up at the temperature sensor. Does this seem like a likely culprit, or should I be looking for something else?

Finally, I've also noticed that my glow plugs will not trigger for the machine. On the panel at the top, the glow plug light will turn on for half a second then go away. Checking with multimeter it doesn't seem like I get any voltage at the glow plug relay trigger. In the meantime, I've hooked up a momentary switch and trigger the glow plugs manually however it be nice to have the machine do it for me as it should.

If anyone has any helpful suggestions, I'm all ears. I like to be able to use the machine for clearing snow at my property and do my other side jobs.

Can we start with the machine's complete serial number please?

Is it just slow, or does it lack power as well?

I also asked to have this moved to the Compact Track Loader section where it belongs.

Hey sorry about the delayed response back.
Had some other projects that reared its head and work trying to get stuff wrapped up for the holidays.

Not 100% sure which serial number to go by.
The sticker inside the cab goes as follows - T0332TK178337
The sticker on the side of the engine is - 9JDXL03.00630

If there's a different number you require, please let me know!

In regard to lacking power, I'm not 100% sure if it is or not. Is there a good way to test for lack of power. I've mainly been using it to clear snow on the property. Then the odd time I'll use it for pallet forks which what I'm lifting typically isn't too terribly heavy. Pushing snow around it seems to ok but if there's additional power to be had I'd definitely like for it to be there.

To determine if there is an issue, perform several tests.

1. Engine speed. Does the engine reach 2930-3070 rpm? Does it pull down excessively when working the machine?
2. Cycle time test. With your hydraulic oil warmed up to operating temperature, engine at fast idle (approx. 3000 rpm), bucket installed on the machine and flat on the ground, measure the time it takes to get to full height. With the bucket in the dump position with the cutting edge an inch or so off the ground, measure the time it takes to curl the bucket all the way back. Post the results.
3. Since you have a gauge, recheck the charge pressure with the hydraulics warmed up to operating temperature. Also, check that charge pressure again while trying to push against an immovable object. Does it maintain the warmed up pressure, or does it drop drastically off?
4. You mentioned slow. Does the two speed work for the hydrostats?
