High engine oil temp warning EW180C

Hey guys, the last week the excavator has triggered twice a high temperature warning.
The common thing between these 2 warnings is that it happened after a 10-15km journey course when the machine stand still on a traffic light and not while operating. What could probably be wrong? Radiators are being cleaned almost every with pressurized air.

There's a thermostat valve in the oil cooler housing. A known problem in the earlier Volvo/Deutz engine. Good luck.

BTW it's the same cooler from a 4 to a 6. There was a service bulletin years back regarding the wheel loaders , F series if I remember correctly.

Looks like it. Most often not sold separately, nor here in the states anyway.
