I've seen a bunch of videos of e bikes like that and then they get hit with cars thinking it's the cats fault. It's a cyclist mentality with a motorcycle really.

The law is something like 750+ watts needs a license, I'm sure a bunch of people are disregarding thet

In MO we get a Renewal Sticker to place on existing Plates, many here call them Tabs. A great deal Here as in close to 15% do not renew or actually buy their Plates to even get new tabs. Several been caught with THREE Year old Temp Drive away PAPER plates in Plastic Sleeves from the dealer they bought new or used car from. No Insurance either.

As to Bikes, we have KATY trail near here, Bicycles NOT supposed to utilize County Roads with No Shoulders, do it ALL the time and block traffic, get pissy if pass them on the double yellow even as moving less than walking pace. And on the River Bridges do NOT read well where Pedestrian Walkways Bikes are to be WALKED across same as sidewalks in town they pay no more attention to than stop signage.
Are DOZENS of Bike repair and rental shops, have the State Authorized Handbooks of Rider Ethical behaviors and Instructions, many that are handed them toss to the trash. May be time to License ALL of them and require passing tests.

Hatefully Kids are Better at behaviors than people MY Age.

Here the State Rules Rule, Come around a corner and Bikes in path where cannot stop in time, the Bikes are in Deep DooDoo. Hills Hollers and Creek Crossings on curves following old wagon paths, Bikes are NOT truly Welcomed. Again they get a Rules Handbook just fail to read it.

Made my FAVORITE Quick Dinner, Ballpark All Beef, likely Tongue and Udder, Franks with mac and Cheese. Had Macadamia nut White Chocolate cookies on sale so wife gets sweet tooth appeased.
