Our friends have a Tesla that they park and charge in the attached garage. He wanted to cut the gyproc in the garage roof to make more space for the tire rack. I advised lowering the rack but he is set on cutting the roof. You can only lead the horse to water……. I am surprised that his house insurance allows the Tesla in the garage. I wonder if it is in the fine print that he hasn’t read.

I've been watching this "kid" for several years. I like his attitude, I like his philosophy and I hope is is successful beyond all expectations.
I'm also following his pickup version for a possible retro fit on my pickup when it's time has come.
He has good ideas, and his best ideas I think are kept to himself and the few directly around him.
He is a independent thinker, playing his cards close to vest, not worrying about what others think
in the industry. Staying away from high and mighty.

The BC government has not been helpful in providing any assistance to him & his company, yet they invest in senseless crap. Our premier is a real AH.

It seems crazy to think that after nearly 100yrs diesel electric drives are still in proof of concept when RG has already proved the concept.

Diesel electric are not in proof of concept, diesel electric hybrid are.

Small diesel engine 9L
Smallish battery pack for peak loads
High power Drives

The batteries take over peak load for more HP than the diesel engine can give while a diesel electric can only have less HP than the diesel engine.

Remote area, you really think a power line is going to be designated for EV?
30 years from now bicycles will come with training wheels again only those
will be used as drop axles for carrying heavy loads as in India. Won't need a
CDL or Med card, no weight limits.
