    Spicing wires and plugs

Thanks for everyone help, I was able to get the plug apart and solder and heat shrink a new wire in. Then crimped and heat shrink the broken wires. Now I have no error codes on the display and the machine will hit 2100 rpm in H/P mode. Still can’t identify where my hydraulic leak or leaks are...

    Spicing wires and plugs

Thanks for all of the help, I’ll go back tomorrow and get a better look and clean under there better. Regarding why the wires are cut, not sure, this machine was an auction purchase so I’m going through fixing everything back as close to 100% as possible. After this I think I just have a...

    Spicing wires and plugs

My JD 200CLC is throwing codes 15 and 16 which are arm in and boom up. I finally found their locations in the manual and checked them today and one arm in wire is cut about 18 inches back from the plug. The boom up had two cut wires, both as they entered the main harness, and one is also cut...

JD 200clc problem bleeding hydraulic pump

I just changed all of my hydraulic filters including the suction filter. The last step is to bleed the pump. When I take out what I believe to be the bleed screws I can see hydraulic oil but none is running out. Also these two screws are higher than the full line on the hydraulic tank so I...

    Hydraulic oil for Deere 200c

Regarding bleeding the pumps, that is the two plugs on the top. I assume when the plugs are pulled. It will gravity flow out and as soon as I see fluid tighten the plugs.

    Hydraulic oil for Deere 200c

Thanks, I’m about to change all of the hydraulic filters and I think I have to drain the tank anyway to change the strainer as it has to fit against the bottom

    Hydraulic oil for Deere 200c

Recently purchased a Deere 200cLC excavator, have been working to get everything back to 100% on it. It had several leaks and while chasing them down have been topping off the tank with citgo transgard tractor hydraulic fluid. About to have all of the leaks stopped so I want to either use this...

It looks like there are 3 smaller pans underneath, probably 12” square, is this all I need to remove to clean out the bottom?

New to me JD 650H LGP

Just wanted to update this thread, I finally got around to installing the new fuel sender and transmission pressure gauge and now both read correctly. Still have to pressure wash it and hopefully find my 1/4” drive bit adapter I dropped when taking out the screws for the fuel sender! Thanks...

    Deere 200c unidentified switch

Thanks mg, that looks to be it. I havnt seen the ether bottle or mount yet while looking everything over. Do you know where it would be. My 650H dozer has ether assist and is almost the same year, I assume the bottle and mount would look identical, is this correct?

    Deere 200c unidentified switch

Yes, it has the two way aux lines but they are capped at the end of the stick. There is a 2 way foot peddle on the right side. The right aux line Y’s at the base of the boom. One goes to a shut off valve and then to tank and the other to the valve bank.

    Deere 200c unidentified switch

I agree it’s an aftermarket switch but it appears to be an OEM logo above it. That made me think the OEM switch broke and was replaced with an aftermarket switch.

    Deere 200c unidentified switch

I recently bought a Deere 200c excavator and am having a friend go through it and get it good enough to work, as time goes on I’ll work on getting all the little things corrected and back to 100% this will be used on our tree farm and around the house. I’ve been reading here and the manuals for...

    Deere 200CLC Quick Coupler questions

Thanks dayexco, after looking closer at the Jrb coupler it doesn't appear to be very forgiving on the pin centers. I think I'll keep looking for something that is for the 200 series.

    Deere 200CLC Quick Coupler questions

Recently purchased a 200CLC for general personal use (working in the woods, clearing land, digging gravel). it currently has a 42" bucket. I would like to add a hydraulic quick coupler as I plan to also get a stump ripper, rake and mop bucket down the road. most times I'm using this will be...

New to me JD 650H LGP

Thanks Dave, i'll answer one by one Looking at the Deere parts diagram it appears the trans oil pressure gauge has a hydraulic hose attached to it so I assume it is reading the pressure through that hose. when looking at the parts I believe AT360871 is the correct part. the picture they show...

New to me JD 650H LGP

Recently purchased a JD 650H LGP from a friend that is retiring. The Dozer has 4900 hours so hopefully it still has some life in it. I shouldn't put to many hours a year on it. my plans for it are to establish and maintain fire lanes around pine tree tracks after they have been logged. 4-5...
