What service tool is used for cat/mitsubishi forklift?

So we take care of a bunch of cat and Mitsubishi forklifts (same exact models just different brand).

We were told to use truck tool for our diagnostic tool. We got the adapter and truck tool downloaded. We cannot get a login. We have tried to sign up with multiple email accounts, always receive the domain error.

My question. Is this the right tool to be able to diag cat and Mitsubishi forklifts? Mainly the gp25 and gp30.

I have been using the obd2 port and my scantool to view live data for the engine. But we installed a new display recently and I need to match the hours to get rid of a trouble code.

Thanks

Wouldn't the CAT adaptor work with CAT ET?
There is no 9 pin adapter. It’s only cat branded, but everything is identical with the Mitsubishi ones. We have the adapter for truck tool, but apparently no one can get us a username and password.
