Hey guys, I was looking at my tractor after picking up a backhoe attachment trying to figure out how to connect it. The pump supplies to the loader valve and then through the power beyond port to the flow control valve for the 3pt hitch valve. The 3pt has auxiliary but the flow control valve has a max 8gpm at around 2000psi. Is it possible to use the flow from the EF port on the control valve to power more circuits before being returned to tank? If it is possible, the pump supplies the loader valve with 28.5gpm at 3000psi, would that mean I am left over with what ever is subtracted for what's being supplied to the 3pt hitch. Meaning if the flow control valve is set at 8gpm id have 20 left over to use or 4gpm leaving 24gpm at the EF port or is there some loss along the way. The backhoe is an Oliver 1615 with a 540 PTO pump on it but I have no other specs on it. Just trying to make this tractor more useful since it lacks a PTO. Any help is appreciated.
