These are pictures of a "Coker" that is manufactured by CESSCO in Edmonton for Syncrude Canada Ltd., Ft, Mc Murray, Alberta. They extract oil from bitumen (a Tar-like substance) found in Northern Alberta. This unit is over 500 feet long, weighs more than 1.2 million lbs., is carried on highly specialized trailers with approximately 700 wheels; it takes 5 days to haul it 600 miles.
