Takeuchi TL8 supply pump replacement

I have recently replaced the supply pump on a TL8 with the V3307-CR-T-EF02 engine. I having trouble getting it to start cranks but does not start? Does anyone have a engine manual I have the service manual for the TL8 but it does not cover the engine.

Did you ever get a manual? I've got a TL8 and it also has the Kubota V3307. But finding info on that motor has proven impossible so far.
