First post!
Guys: I have a TB135. The thing has gone into safety lockout twice, and I’m struggling.
The first time: I replaced all fuses, cleaned every connector I could find, checked alternator, checked battery, and tapped on what I believe to be the safety solenoid / valve on the hydraulic pump.
Twice, it has occurred under similar conditions. The main boom leaks down over hours and rested on something. Then it would go into safety lockout - no slew, tracks are locked, no pilot controls. Scrape blade works fine.
I have the safety bypass connected, but the connector is in BAD shape. I am going to re-wire this tomorrow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can a pressure relief cause safety lockout that doesn’t resolve or what?
