T300 Drive issues

I have a 2005 T300 with 1400 hrs. The joysticks pulse and it seems the effort to push them is a bit too high. When the machine pulses it is near impossible to control so you have to return the sticks to neutral and retry your direction. No unusual noises.

If it's pulsing it pretty much has to be a lever control machine. There are rollers on the linkage on top of the drive pumps and they can be worn and causing that issue. It's pretty common.
