I will say, those MAN trucks must have stout drive lines. Pull wheelies like that on a stock truck here and you would have drive train scattered all over the ground
Also, we make remarks about sandals and flip flops, it appeared the driver when he got out of the truck was barefoot.
That was so he could Toe Grip the pedals and not get kicked loose!

That hill is even steeper than it looks in the video. That dump truck they backed up to pull it with, rocked up the front when he stopped. When they act like that, you know it's steep.

Reading the article and looking at the pictures, is a little deceptive.
It may have hit the bridges but I can’t detect any damage to the machine.
I read this earlier, so maybe they have better pictures and what was actually hitting the bridges.

I don't spend a lot of time on the superslab but the little bit I have tells me the price of fuel hasn't slowed guys down much.
Not at all. All that's going to do drive fuel mileage in the toilet. We run in and out of Idaho
many trucks a day. Company speed in Idaho will hang at 70 give or take. But the real issue
is there will be no speed separating cars & trucks, all running same speed is not good.

80? the speed will be closer to 85/87 mph. Which makes for all kinds of fun when summer
temps of 100* plus arrive, it will find those cheap Chinese tire casings along with just
possibly being under inflated laying along side road. Because it's known drivers always
check for proper tire inflation.

Days of Southern Shaker/breaking co pump seals are gone but 75/80 is a nice dream in 63mph bucket. Car trip last summer from Az to FL not 1/convoy fast chicken cruiser at midnight but end less cheap 60mph fright haulers but it's nice to have the adult opportunity to do it
