Hi all,
Recently purchased a 2010 Yanmar vio55-5b with 3000 hrs. I'm 99% sure it was imported from overseas.

Figured I would swing by and do a little intro. I live in Wa state on the east side with 40ac.

I am currently going through the machine and fixing all the "hot" wiring jobs that were done, see pic below.

Noticed the glow plugs were not connected either, ugh.

Also, I don't think the gauges work so well, so I am going to put in some 52mm gauges for oil psi, water temp and installing one for hydro temp.

Question, where should I put the sensor for the hydro temp? on the tank or in line going to the cooler?

Replacing water pump, thermostat, flushing out radiator, flushing out hydraulic cooler, etc.

Not too sure why they wired in the two solenoids for the travel. I get continuity from the pedal to the wire harness, going to put it back the way it should be.
