Good morning. I have a new holland EH215 that I am working on. Operator was digging in hole got out to talk to customer. When he got back in machine it would no longer idle up. Owner pulled back stepper motor and wired to fan shroud to get him out of the hole and some place he could work on it. When I arrived I immediately noticed that the jam nuts on the linkage from pump to stepper motor where lose. I let him know and decided that we most likely needed to proceed with trying "adjustment A". He did supply a manual for the machine. I noticed that the majority of the manual is for a kobelco SK series. After flipping through a few pages, I saw on the bottom of a page "model cross-reference: SK210LC is New Holland EH215". I went to adjustment A procedure and started the procedure. I removed panels to get to CPU. Manual states that SK model has a manual throttle linkage. This machine does not. I was also not able to locate the service harness where manual states it is. When I pulled panel to access CPU there is no grommet in top cover to access "test run switch". It appears that this machine has a "type B" controller. I removed top panel to see if there is a test run switch underneath it. The manual does not offer any insight for a type B controller in terms of adjustment A. Is there an adjustment A procedure for a type B controller? Also are the pin outs for type A and type B controllers the same?
