If Ford is stepping up at all shows that they either want to keep your dad as a customer or they privately agree that they have some responsibility. It's their way of saying,"see what we did for you."
Another update, truck was “fixed”, new turbo installed, etc. He went and picked up a load of hay, about 140mi round trip, got home and the check engine light comes on. Back to the dealer again. I told him it’s approaching the time when he needs to start looking for a new truck, not sure if this one will ever be right.
