Linde H25T Series 392 (DOM:2004) VW LPG - Hydraulic Problem

Hi, I have a Linde H25T with failing hydraulics. I have just carried out the following:
1.) Side-shift hydraulic cylinder - new seals (works fine)
2.) Joystick (1 of 2) right-hand side... side-shift control (works fine)

Lifts and tilts, but doesn't hold. The tilt is the worst as all hydraulic pressure dissipates almost immediately. Hydraulic oil level seems to be good and stable and there doesn't seem to be any sign of leaking oil.

The tilt pressure was failing prior to the above-mentioned repairs, and presumed to be related to the leaking side-shift cylinder (which was severe).
Could the problem be related to the new (after-market) joystick, or do I need to bleed the hydraulic system? If none of the above, dopes the issue point to the tilt cylinders themselves? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Since the tilt drops immediately and lift drifts down, you're dealing with internal cylinder leakage failed piston seals letting oil bypass from rod-side to cap-side. This is especially common if the machine ran low on oil or with contaminated oil before. Side-shift works fine with the same joystick, so valve function is intact. No external leaks means oil is bypassing internally, this tells something might be wrong with joytick too. Aftermarket joysticks can cause sluggish response or incomplete travel, but they don't cause rapid drift/drop under load.
Do this:
1. Pressure-hold test: Raise the mast, shut off the engine, and time how fast it drops—confirms cylinder seal failure
2. Inspect tilt cylinder rod seals and check for scoring on the rod itself
3. If rods are scored, cylinders need rods machined/chromed and full seal kits

Two things to check 1- look st hyd oil for small metal shavings Linde had some flow valves in cyls that were coming apart and leaving bits of metal in system if that is issue you have to remove all cyls clean and replace valves also remove and clean hyd valve and flush hyd system and replace fluid
2- check your return valve for leakage
It is located in hyd control valve

No probs ... I really appreciate any and all pointers so I'll always post the results. Unfortunately, for the past week I've been pre-occupied (going sideways) attempting to resolve the overheating issues on my other Linde (H45T). Thanks again
