Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time. So we have a 2003 Ish link belt 160 LX. At idle the machine has a weird harmonic vibration that keeps cracking the suction line coming from the hydraulic tank. Once you reach about 1600 RPMs, the machine smooth out in the vibration goes away. We have replaced the motor mounts, all the filters, harmonic, balancer, new belts, and pulled the hydraulic pump to check the .
I’m kind of at a loss what is happening. The machine runs smooth and has no loss of power. I’m having the local dealer come out tomorrow to check things out, but I don’t have a ton of hope that they will find anything. Has anyone ever ran into this issue before?
