Komatsu sk815 turbo with super flow weak bucket hydraulics

Title says it, just picked up this machine it definitely has weak bucket hydraulics, the drive hydraulics work great. It seems like it can hardly pick up a full bucket of dirt. I've never had this machine before so I'm comparing it to other skids I've ran but it feels like when it's empty it goes about as fast as it should when full. Bucket dump and boom lower are quick and seem fine. I replaced the hydraulic fluid and filter but didn't seem to help much if at all. No leaks, little bit of bucket bleed off but not crazy, boom doesn't appear to bleed off at all. The bucket dumps slowly when I lift, I believe that's a safety feature so you don't dump material on the cab as you go up, am I wrong about that and I'm getting bypass? If it's normal is there an option to have that on or off and when it's on the boom raises slower? I have a service manual i guess there's a port under the cab to bleed air and fill fluid, would air cause the weakness? I did the bleed procedure with the cylinders when I changed the fluid but didn't do under the cab. Should I start there? Looking for ideas on where to start looking. I attached two videos in one on youtube one is a bucket full up and down, the other is trying to scoop and it wouldn't scoop fully until I backed up and that was still hard on it. Always full throttle and full bore on the joystick. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A self leveling valve is either standard or an option on many skid steers. It is like you said so you don't dump material in your lap. It only works when lifting not lowering. It shouldn't affect speed.

That is not a safety feature. The video isn't very clear to me, but it looks like it doesn't want to multifunction. Maybe its a hyd. pump going bad or a valve issue on the tilt cylinders. If you need parts that may be an issue. Komatsu stopped building those years ago. I don't know if they still support them or not.
