komatsu pc300-7 heater now working

hey guys, have a komatsu 300 and the heater recently stopped working, both coolant lines coming in and out of the cab are hot. confirmed the blend door moves when trying to change the temperature but only ever blows luke warm air. could it be a bad heater core? any help would be appreciated

How many hour on the machine. If the core is too plugged the going out hose will be cooler than the going in hose. Have you checked with a temperature gun.
If the line is plugged down stream with a valve partially closed in the engine compartment, you would not get much heat.
