Welcome to HEF, Ccarbino !
Check the hydraulic pump shaft and see if it is turning. Part # 19 may have failed. It is on the front of the engine crankshaft.

Looks to be a connector, could go either way. Pull the pump and see what the splines look like...;)

A seemingly stupid suggestion but have you checked the hydraulic oil level? Don't ask how I come to offer this suggestion........

Hydraulic oil level is good. Looks like the mounting cover is broken on the pump and case stated they do not sell this. also looks like the gear is worn all the teeth gone on the pump.

Time for a new pump and hub.
Something such as severe engine vibration caused the pump cover to break.
I am guessing you meant the flange on it where it bolts to the mount.
It would also be a good time to replace the engine mount rubber bushings. #4 on the front and there are rear ones also.
Be sure to check the bolts where the front mount, bolts (#5) to the engine for proper tightness.mount.png

Just changed the motor mounts a few weeks ago and the shuttle shift. Yes where it bolts, doesn't look like case sells that piece. It's cast so not sure if my guy can weld it, if so i just need to replace the shaft. Otherwise looks like a new pump.

I wouldn't bother bother welding it.
A new input shaft and the seal for it will be about $200.00 plus the coupler.
If the weld breaks you will be buying a new pump and coupler anyway.
That is my opinion for what it's worth. =$0.00 :)

Case quoted me part number n6888 $514 before taxes Canadian and case showed n6885 but does not sell it. Also coupler d140524 at $86.80 without the rubber mounts. I like your price better lol. I did find a used pump for 485.00.
Thanks for all your help greatly appreciated.

The last case 580 I did with the stripped splines case had discontinued the pump but offered a slightly different replacement pump... could be the same with parts for the pump you have.

I'd try to find out the specs of the hyd system, flow GPM, and pressure PSI. Then measure the mount, and go to surpluscenter.com, you never know, there, sometimes they have an exact fit...;)

Most hyd pumps self prime, self bleed. You might want to take this opportunity to pull the suction screen, and see if there is anything gumming it up. If there is, certainly change the fluid. if not, and I just dripped a grand on a new pump, I'd still put new fluid in it...;)

Follow the suction line, from the pump to the reservoir, screen is in reservoir, most of the time. When all else fails, check the manual...;)
