Last week when we were doing some air system up grades we found a bulk head fitting leaking on the outside. Obviously cracked. There are 3 in the cabinet along with a battery,cables, air lines and other stuff. Tight work space. I did get it changed today. It is the supply off of the air tank. I will air test it tomorrow. One more leak to find.. Yes the bulkhead fitting was cracked bad in more than one place.

The last pic, may not be a crack. If you look at machine made NPT fittings and others, you can usually find 4 witness marks. I always assumed this was because of the dies and however they were made.
First noticed in a Sun hydraulic block and thought they were cracks. Die tested them multiple times and they were not cracks.

Yes....I saw those lines but they didnt go any where. Thanks
