genie/terex 5519/2506 hyd function speed

I just purchased a 2014 genie 2506 that is the same basic machine as a 5519. It doesn't have the knob to adjust hyd function speed, just a factory plug in the consul where the knob should be. For precise work, the speed is a bit fast. Can I install the control knob without much trouble? Is the wiring there even though it doesn't have the knob?
