So I am having a hell of a time getting a CAT TH560B (SLG01314) into Gear. So when we bought the machine the hydraulics weren't working neither the transmission, For hydraulics we replaced the valve and its all good to go. Now the transmission would not go into gear, Frame level was deactivated and stabilizers barely responded we tried everything for days and we could get it to go into gear. CAT technicians messed with the stabilizer parameters in the ECU now the work. So we put the machine aside for about a year. Then one day our mechanic messed around with it. He wiggled the stabilizers up and down and it FINALLY went into gear and frame level function also worked. If we want to shift into another gear we need to mess with stabilizers every time There was no error code until now. Now there is an event code saying machine was not in neutral at startup. ( this code has a history on the machine occurring at least 12 times in the past) But it is in neutral when we start up. In CAT ET it shows Its desired gear is Neutral and it's actual gear is neutral. I can't figure it out, the CAT technicians cant figure it out. Here's what we have tried. 1. Replaced gear shifter with known good one. 2. double checked the park brake and service brake switches. 3. Wanted to do LSI calibration but the machine isn't equipped with that sensor. 4. Checked solenoids 5. Checked Harness as best we could. 6. Double checked Boom platform button. So anyone had any experience with this or any suggestion? So I'm wondering if it's locked out or a technical issue. Thanks in advance.
