It's called the bulldozer lift cylinder. Part Number for the complete cylinder assembly is 183-3721.
The seal kit is not listed in the Parts Manual but the Part Number is 246-5917. See page 3.
Some items in the seal kit BOM have updated Part Numbers from those shown on the Parts list. For example 167-2294 U-Cup seal updates to 439-2696.
