Post a machine Serial Number and I'm sure one can be tracked down.

So this is a bit of a dilemma. There isn't a combined manual that covers operation & maintenance. There are actually two separate documents, one for each.
Maintenance is SEBU6694. Download it from Cat HERE or buy a CD from eBay.
Bad news is I can't find an Operation manual for 82J Serial Numbers up to 3443, which obivously includes yours. Maybe @Old Magnet can come up with something, or maybe the Operation Manual for machines 82J3444-Up might work for yours.?
