Cat305.5e2cr boom weak while tracking

Hello all. Long time lurker first time poster. I have a 2017 cat 305.5e2cr and the boom is weak and barely moves while tracking. Machine is at cat dealer with no answers yet. Hydraulic pump and relief valves checked good and tested at cat. Hoping someone has an idea on it so I can get back to work

How many hours on the unit, and did it start this suddenly or progressively. Might be a good idea to post your serial number.

3800 hrs. Just recently acquired do not sure on if it was progressive. Will get serial number when I can.
