Cat 304cr NAD02579- bucket crowd is slow and dipper stick in is slow. Machine has a new hydraulic pump. I adjust the pilot pressure up to specification. Disassembled and checked spools. Ran valves manually without using pilot pressure with the same results. All other functions work good. When I switch the lines on both circuits the problems moves to the other side of the function. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
