Cat 247B engine air filter sensor

Hello, new to the group and a new cat 247B owner. The air filter light has gradually gone from flickering to on. I changed both inner and outer filters and the light did not go away. Would any of you folks happen to have the test procedure for that sensor? My serial is MTL06131. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a procedure but on something like that it's probably a simple on/off switch. If you unplug the switch does the light go out or stay on solid? If it does it's likely the switch is failing.
