Case 1845C aftermarket auxiliary

I purchased an early 90s 1845C that had the Aux removed. There was a cap on the power beyond and a cap on one side of a Tee on the loader control valve... I installed a DO3 spool valve with new auxiliary hoses and I can’t get my grapple to move. There is oil in all lines and each line responds with oil pressure when it should. I was worried there was too much back pressure in the return line but I unhooked it and put the end in a bucket and the grapple still won’t work. Any suggestions
