A friend of mine broke his stairs trying to get a wood burning furnace in his basement, he has moved it 3 times since and had to beef up the stairs of every house after thatMy former neighbour demo'd an old bank. Someone wanted the door for their basement. I heard they broke the stairs trying to get it in the basement. Neighbour just loaded the door and wasn't involved in installing it.

Looks like that brush cutter chewed up stuff pretty well.
If you're serious about a mower, you will be much happier with a Bradco GroundShark. I've posted it before, 4 blades instead of 3, carbide tips under the rotor, best of all it has a flip-up chain shield so you don't kill anyone within 100 yards when cutting.
How is the 953 pivot leak holding up?
This one has 4 blades on a square - a blade on each point. Does well for what we need and it's cheap. It does need a chain in front though.
Would a grader have been a benefit on that job or your laser grader on the CTL?2 acre site we recently graded out 2/3 of the 2 acres for a future building pad. Same client which is a good friend of mine that we did the adjacent site for back in '23.
This 2 acres front the main road and will be home to 2 10K SF office/warehouse buildings for rent with the owner taking some space for their own business.

The lot we prep'd back in '23 to the left in the pic with a 10K SF building on it.

Used most of the iron on this one other than some of the small stuff. Brought the 953 off dump duty for this one. It was a track loader type of job.

Grader would be perfect there. But its one of those machines that's a big expense to have sitting in the yard if you don't use it everyday. The sportsplex we have been doing. They have been putting the gravel on the parking lot with the D4 and the GPS, and it's pretty much perfect. We do road work so a production size grader is justified. A company that would do more projects with a dozer, gps machine control and your golden.
