580 super m

I have a 580 super m with a 4bt Cummins, I replaced the injection pump, now the fuel shut off is not working. I replaced it and it worked the initial crank after instal and now it’s not functioning. It’s stays closed I can turn the key on and manually open it and it will hold but it will not open while cranking.
From what I see voltage is ok I’m just at a loss and not sure where to go next.

New injection pump
New fuel shut off
No visible damage to harness.

I feel dumb. I assumed the pump was set up correctly from the website I bought it from. Has tamper proof paint on it and it needed the stop arm adjusted in more.

The shut off was getting stuck in the closed position and wedged In closed.
