310sk crank no start

2012 310sk will crank over but not start. ID is 1T0310SKKCE226103. Getting codes 0651.05 0652.05 0653.05 0654.04 and 1347.05. New filters to start and good pressure coming out when bleed them. I’m kinda at a loss on ideas as of now. Checked all fuses and are good. Ran fine on Monday came back Tuesday morning and here we are. Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to HEF Mattstepp04;)!

The 65X codes are for high resistance in all 4 injectors. The 1347 code is for high resistance for the suction control valve on the high pressure injection pump.

I would first be looking real close at the wiring harness and connectors on the engine harness. there should also be two big square connectors under the starter area. Make sure they are connected tight. Also check for rodent damage.

I’ll definitely check the connection under the starter. It definitely seems electrical to me. Thanks

Check out all connections. What we’ve found is we are not getting continuity from ecu to harness that goes into head. My question is could this just happen over night. Machine would crank all day then the next the day just turn over but no start. I’m to the point of my experience with electrical but I fell it’s gonna be something simple just haven’t found it yet. Anymore thoughts

Do you have continuity from the ecu to the to the X5015 connector (should be the bottom one) under the starter?

Do you have continuity from the X5015 connector the the cylinder head connection?

That big square X5015 connector is held together with a screw.

So we got 4.7 volts on the purple and brown wires going to the injector harness from the ecu. Those were pin 7 and 8. Pulled valve cover and checked wiring in there on the injector harness and all good. Would I be leaning towards a computer at this point. The book doesn’t specify how much voltage I should have but 4 doesn’t seem high enough to me.

You cannot measure the voltage to the injectors as there is no spec. When running, there is a short period of time that there will be 90 volts to open the injector, then it drops to 12 volts to hold the injector open, all of which will happen too fast to measure with a meter. It can only be done with a scope.

The only voltage you might see is what is called a bias voltage, and that will be used by the ECU for self diagnostics to help detect issues with the wiring/injectors.

I am not ready to commit to an ECU because you said you did not have continuity on some of the wires. Which specific wires did not have continuity between the ECU and the cylinder head?

So we went back and rechecked all 6 wires going to the injector harness and all were good. I think it was the guy holding them on the other end. So I went to the ecu itself and still only getting 4.3 volts coming from the 7 and 8 pin directly off ecu. Called Deere and the say I should be getting 12 to those pins when powered up.

I believe that would be the correct bias voltage. I just don't remember off the top of my head and I cannot find anywhere in the manual or in my training material that says there is a 12 volt bias voltage. I have , however, seen many ECU driver failures, so it could be the ECU.

Thanks for the help. I’ll Post once the ecu comes in and let you know from there.
