G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Digressing. On a job many moons ago one of the fitters did heraldry as a hobby. He designed and painted a coat of arms for the workshop, crossed hammers & condoms with a motto below it saying “if you can’t fix it, ***k it”…..!!

100% agree, undercarriage is worn out, but by the look of it the pin is broken in your equaliser bar.

Just to update everyone we took it apart and found a few things;
The sleeve bearing on the cannon was cracked in addition to the seal being gone. The side pins that hold the cannon straight were wore down around 1/8 inch on each side. The main problem we found after getting the track off was the fork holding the idler axle itself is bent down about an inch on one side making the idler go sideways a good bit.

We got a welding shop to build back up the side blocks and removing a shim from one side of the idler axle straightened it out enough to be workable although still rides off depending on terrain since the chain is so wore out. Also put in a new cannon seal when putting it back together.
New chains on the way and new sleeve/bearing are here but thats a project for when the snow flies.
Thanks everyone for your input!
