EX100-2 travel speed change not working

It doesn't even mention these much in the manual, it will show "pressure switch" and when you look on diagrams it shows the pump pressure switch by the engine.

EX100-2 travel speed change not working

I learned a lot here reading old threads and when people came back with the solution it helped. Here's the pic or the 2 sensors, the zip tied one was the one that fell out. Clip is broken so I tied it in. Thanks for the help.

EX100-2 travel speed change not working

Update: I couldn't find the issue so I gave up and moved on... by chance I was tieing up the harness under the cab and saw there was a dirty connecter loose. Didn't think much of it because it looks like it wasn't used. I was looking closer and there was another connecter plugged into a sensor...

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

Update: I just replaced the filter capacitor with an old one from the previous ECM and it's working now. The burnt one showed only 38 ohm resistance from the outside leg to the middle. The working one didn't show any connection. So the burnt one was allowing too much current through in turn...

Thank you for your help sir I'll try with tomorrow and update with the new capacitor.

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

It wasn't burnt at all up until just now when I tried the bulb test you mentioned. I still had the 1 amp Inline fuse even though you said I didn't need it so I don't think anything else is damaged. I'll try to replace the capacitor tomorrow with a new one or my old boards and see if it stops...

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

    I meant 5v, but I have 4 of them. Here is more.pics

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

Everything else on the board looks okay, the 4 voltage regulators don't heat up at all or have any burning. This tripod capacitor at EM13 is connected right to the pin on the EC that comes from the 1 amp fuse blowing (power signal on) I get 38.7 ohms from the pin to a ground when unplugged...

Should work now sorry. I just about unplugged everything and it is still heating up

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

Okay some new information, I tried the bulb with a 1 amp fuse inline. Fuse doesn't pop. EC turns on now, buttons all work machine starts. Emergency relay or shutdown relay on the side trips sometimes and cuts power. Needed to turn key off and on to get EC working again. Smelt electrical...

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

I suppose I can, there is alot of things to unplug but I suppose that would be the next step after the wiggle test.

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

Okay I'll try a bulb in place, maybe see if I can also add the fuse after to be safe. When the EC is unplugged it does not pop. My old EC plugged in doesn't pop it either, but not sure if that helps since that one doesn't work at all. I've narrowed it down to something in the EC or downstream...

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

I tried the bulb and wiggle test with the PVC and the EC unplugged, then the pin from the plug to the EC to a ground. I didn't want to put the bulb alone in place of the fuse incase it fries the EC. The fuse pops instantly when the key is turned on with just the fuse.

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

I'm not sure what circuits or grounds I should be checking since it's not clear what fuse #5 circuit is after the EC on the wiring diagram.

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

I never had anything larger than a 1amp fuse in there since getting the new EC luckily. Are you saying that even though that fuse is for the EC, there may be an issue with a circuit on the PVC? As in the PVC is drawing power from the power signal on for the EC circuit after the fuse and EC? I...

    EX100-2 keeps blowing 1A fuse #5 - I'm stumped

It was running good, had a brand new EC. All EC functions worked. I started cleaning up the wiring and ziptying things, cleaned some mud/dirt from around the harness where it enters the cab and now when I go to start it, #5 fuse blows. I assumed it was a short around that area but I can't find...

EX100-2 travel speed change not working

Same results, stuck in high. When I ground out the solonoid with key on I can't hear the solonoid click or anything, should i be able to? Just to confirm this is the travel speed solonoid right?

EX100-2 travel speed change not working

No just one side. The other side doesn't show voltage or continuity. I know the PVC Board operates weird like that with other connectors

EX100-2 travel speed change not working

I used a volt meter on the plug it is showing 24v all the time unless key is off. So I assume the ground to the PVC Board is working however it's not cutting it when I push the switchs, maybe that's why it's always stuck in high.
