    Thank you for the reply. I had the customer reach out to his kobelco dealer and was able to find a service bulletin that gave the correct steps. Was able to make adjustment and machine runs like a top. If anyone needs the procedure please let me know. It was in fact a minor change adjustment...

    Good morning. I have a new holland EH215 that I am working on. Operator was digging in hole got out to talk to customer. When he got back in machine it would no longer idle up. Owner pulled back stepper motor and wired to fan shroud to get him out of the hole and some place he could work on it...
