The otherday Monday I ran the trackhoe for 2-3 hrs backfilling some basements. It ran flawless as it always does. well ran it today and noticed that while swinging it was slower than usual, seemed to not stop as quick either. This machine will make you dizzy it spins so quick you have to ease out of swinging if you aren’t raising the boom or stick if not it just flys. So I checked the codes in it it had a 308 233 and 223 code which it showed a 99.9 beneath all three of these codes no e was present. The oil in the motor looked new and full as usual. All other functions work as they normal do bucket curls quick stick moves in and out quick tracks pull good either direction just fine boom raises and lowers as normal. Where do I start?

So are you saying that it spins too quickly or doesn't want to stop when you center the stick? Does the swing lock function?

I don't have a PC238 book but do have a 128-2 book. The codes should be and work the same. With no E in front of the numbers, it means the codes are not active. The 99.9 should be the hour meter reading when those codes happened.

How is the level in the swing machinery gear box under the swing motor? You will need to check pressures on the swing circuit to confirm what is happening.

The were likely something done for pre-delivery or maybe and attachment was installed.
