Johndeer 5205. Rock shaft want lift

Helping a neighbor out with a 5205 that has been sitting with hyd issues, finally getting around to trying to help him with it, did the basic normal stuff, drained the fluid an pulled out the strainer an it was clean, also changed out the spin on filter too. Also checked all the suction spots were they normally tend to suck air in the system, found that the main rubber boot at hyd pump to suction tube has loose clamps, also replaced oring in filter houseing at spin on filter, After fresh fluid an filters replaced and suction looked over the steering went back to working, but the rock shaft still
Want lift , tractor is equipped with 2 stacked svc ports a they seem to load the motor up as lever is applied. Have screwed the rate of drop valve in an out few differ times a still nuthin. Never any kind of change with rockshaft. Hadn’t ran any pressure checks on it yet. Hadn’t found much online regarding to a 5205 model. This is my serial number tag. 5205 open station 2wheel drive
