690elc wont engage to high speed propel

Just curious if anyone might know how to fix my excavator not going into high range propel.
The lights change on the instrument panel but it won't come out of low. It was like this when I purchased the machine. So not sure where to start

Follow the instructions sticker on the main system controller behind the seat.
IIRC, the light on the controller pertaining to the propel pressure transducer will get brighter the further the propel pilot pedal is moved towards full stroke.
Good place to start, it will prove that the transducer and wiring are good.
