Ya, they are cables directly from the levers to the valve manifold. Our other graders are direct linkages and that seems to be a much more reliable system.
Ill try lubricating the spools. I've got an equipment supplier who has the Champion part no. for the cable on record, they are looking to source it. I also stopped by a hydraulic shop today and they can send the old cable out and get one made for me.

Cuttin Edge that is quite the machine. Never seen that before.

The solenoid valves may be after the relief valve. If so you might be able to tee into one of lines. The valves may have their own relief valves too. I can't remember. You might be able to use the far right lever on the antler rack too. It's usually for a ripper or front attachment. I'm guessing your machine is a series III. Do a Google search for Sierra Park 730A. There are manuals for series III on that site that show the hyd. schematics. Not sure if it shows how snow wings are plumbed but it does show the solenoid valves. The aux. valves and articulation valve are the same basic valve but the articulation has some extra features like lock valves. If you need new solenoid coils I found a place in the US that has them for $9.20ea. Brand new, only difference is they use a ring terminal instead of a spade terminal. Jade Equipment wanted $575.00ea. for the coils!
Be just my luck I decide, we'll, zi need them and drop a month's wages on parts and find out a few weeks later on another source for pennies compared to what I spent

I've had that happen in the past. You need what you think is a hard to find part and find it so buy it. Then a couple weeks or a month later you find it at a fraction of the cost you spent. I wouldn't have spent $2300 on 4 solenoid coils not even knowing if the valves were going to work. For about $100 a valve it was worth seeing if they'd work. Thankfully they did.

That's a stock photo. Mine doesn't have a broom, just a bucket. I work for a paving company, and they are perfect for driveways, parking lots, and small streets. That's the fourth incarnation of that machine that we have had. Too many electronics. Single joystick for everything. It is the first design that has a great heater though, and today was only 3 and windy. Paving season is coming to an end soon.

Well it turns out Jade was pretty reasonable for the cable. They had used and new in stock. I took two used ones. The new ones from Jade would have been about the same price to buy from a custom cable place nearby (a local hydraulic shop put me in touch with the cable place). The used ones were a fair bit cheaper.
Got the cable replaced today and it works like a charm now.

On mine the sight glass is on the left side and just above the stump guard so you can see it. The fill port is higher up. I can't remember exactly but I think I took a plug out and used a funnel with a flexible extension hose on it that fit in the hole for the plug and then bent up so I could pour the oil in the funnel.
