Mechanical cat need help getting started

So some tweeker roughnecks butchered up this truck and I just want to get it going again. Old c500. Which of these wires on the fuel pump does what? Thank you!

The shutdown solenoid should have 12 volts with the key on. It might not hurt to take it off and see if it retracts with the key turned on.

it's all 12v power, test for power, if fuel shutoff solenoid stays quiet with power it's probably dead.
You can hear it without removing it-click. Those are common to stop working--old way to get home
was remove and cut the rod off it. Put your hand on it--can feel it activate.
