Komatsu have released a new mining excavator, PC2000. It is a 200 metric ton monster (440,920lb).

I think this will replace the PC1800 in the long term... interesting that the PC1800 had two straight six cylinder engines whereas the PC2000 has one V12.

Yes you are probably right. It is not much that sepparate these two machines. The PC2000 is slightley larger but the bucket capacites are about the same.
