Hi all!
Machine has 11000 hours.
I have a problem with above mentioned machine. It throws code 10052 when warm and loaded up.
-10052 fault on the pressure control of the rail (positive deviation)
Via diagnostic tool I can see that pressure suddenly drops during machine working. Pressure setpoint goes up and PWM percentage for low pressure regulator goes down, in order to bring pressure up. It can not achieve this, so it throws a code 10052. Makes sense.
In your experience. What is the cause of this? I know it can be pretty much any part of the commonrail system. But what would be good starting point for a repair.

On just a few occasions, I haad code 10058 appear in same situation. But I can not decypher or understand what descritopn of this error means.
-10058 Setpoint of fuel volume flow through metering unit is lower than calculated limit.
To me it sort of inverts previous code. If pressure is too low, it should ask for more fuel by raising setpoint. Not lower it below limit.

Thanks all!!

You can cause this with low fuel flow to engine Put gauge on low psi side and see if that psi in spec or drops before code sets
