So swapped the lines and nothing occurred other then while actuating both tracks pump2 pressure went down and when you let off the pressure went back up to where it was at high idle.

This is the original pump test I did finally receive it. I do question how they did the test compared to flow test instructions in the manual bc it seems them tested at the same time and not independently.

I’m sure if you asked the supplier to flow test the pumps individually they would have no issues doing that.
.
Did you ever get your right side track airborne and were able to spin it at a decent speed ?

No the boom and stick is in too far and the buckets is between the tracks. I thought about using the loader to lift one side but I said hell with it when the pump 2 would never reach pressure and the pump shop said I need to send it back.

so, pump shop said the pump needed relapped and new disk springs and should be back this week. I'm not sure what relapped implies though, any insight on that?

I’m thinking they are talking about lapping the concave portion of the (2) cylinder barrels and the convex portion of the (2) valve plates.
The pics are yours from earlier in the thread , I highlighted in red the areas Im referring to.

Ok pump was installed today and no improvement once again. Pump 2 delivery pressure was at 841psi when boom up function was activated and Pump 1 was at 5600psi when boom up function was activated….any thoughts? To me pump 2 still isn’t right in the machine.

Basically, all reading were the same as before when I sent the pump back and they found the issues in post #228

Tee a gauge into port 19 right propel pump 1 and see how much pilot pressure you have to actuate propel spool just to verify there is sufficient pressure coming from pilot signal manifold.

Gauge in port 19 reads 650psi on pilot pressure only when operating right track in reverse. When operating forward no reading is displace display controller shows pump 1 is putting around 5400psi out

Also, I am thinking there may be a different issue which is lagging from the original pump failure. I raised the machine up and was able to get the right track off the ground and tried to move forward and reverse to see if the track would spin and it would not but the pump would display 5600psi but no motion at all in either direction. I feel like this is from the original pump failure when the boom stopped as well.

Pump 2 on the display monitor still will not get near the required pressure wither still…still around 850psi
