Hello Gentlemen and most likely a few ladies (PC),
My name is Greg. I come from, for those that learned to draw a USA map with the Mississippi River forming a silhouette of Santa Clause, with Louisiana being his boots, Missouri his belly, Iowa his head, I'm from right about where a pair of eye-glasses would perch on his nose. I'll give you a second for shock recovery, aren't memories the most wonderful and wonderous things? Elementary school was how long ago? Seems like yesterday (or maybe a couple months ago). Kinda becomes sad when a calculator gets involved. On with the show...
I've visited and become a member of this fine forum in hopes of gathering information and insight pertaining to the care, feeding, and maintaining the overall well-being of an older Snorkel ATB60 ALFO LIFT. I have briefly scanned the forums topics and noticed telehandlers, but I didn't notice a specific topic for man-lifts. Which presents my first question. woohoo!
What or where would be the best place to start a thread about my ATB60 Lift?
I'm excited to have joined. I look forward to conversing with knowledgeable persons about this machine. From reading some previous posts there is a member, BillG that may be of particular interest to converse with both because of his expressed knowledge and his close proximity to me (if things resolve to the having to buy a small span of his time. Is that allowed? Sorry if it's not. I didn't see anything about solicitation of hiring being prohitited in the posting rule (a quick scan) Please don't suspend me on my first post).
A quick confession, I clown around a little when I get nervous, sometimes. I also have great respect and admiration of and for professionals being professional. I will maintain a balance, your participation welcomed. Thanks, Greg
