I bought a Nicopress crimper and nickel plated copper crimp connectors from an aircraft supply store. The crimper fits 3 sizes and just uses 2 bolts to tighten the dies. You could use a vice too. It has a metal gauge with notches to tell you if you crimped it enough. The copper crimp fittings are stronger than aluminum. The crimper is certified for aircraft use. It wasn't too expensive. There are also bigger crimpers similar to bolt cutters but they are a little pricey.

Yes...I have a good electrical crimper that would work. This kit came with one. Two or three crimps are required to get the whole thing. It was 1/16 304 Stainless cable and all s/s ..

My brake lights and hazard lights stopped working last night. I've traced it down to an issue in the hazzard light switch on the steering column.
Does anyone recognize this setup or know what it might be out of?20241117_141359.jpg

Turn signal arm does screw in.
Turn signal side works good but I would imagine you'd have to change it all out with the connections being permanent.

Worst case I can put an aftermarket signal/hazard switch on the side of the column but I'd like to keep it the way it is if possible.

356998C91 international or a 99908 for a bluebird bus. Bus one was the cheapest

The first one of those numbers is a international number. You should have international truck dealers up there. If its anything like ours in the U.S., the parts will be three times more expensive than they should be.

Will: google bluebird bus parts in Canada. They show dealers in Calgary, Red Deer and several others. Even Napa came up in the google search close to the top of the list.

I was just looking at that, found a few places.
I didn't realize Crane Operator is in the U.S., I was hoping he knew of a supplier north of the border.
