EX270 Pressure Problems

My EX270 only has half power on all functions including travel. Tested pressure at main pumps, only get 2000psi. Adjusted main flow valve and got up to 3000psi. Had main pumps rebuilt still only get 3000psi. What could possibly be my problem?

I thing the problem is not with the pumps.You should check the overload relief valve of main control valve.Either pressure setting of the valve is not correct or the valve is mal functioning.

you better change the overload relief valves and see what is happening.
