Engine identification and trouble shooting??

I have a 1970 cat 950 loader. Serial 81j. Appears to have a reman engine. Cannot figure out if it’s a 3304 or d330. Engine is pushing fuel into the oil somewhere. I’m at a loss. Anything would help at this point.

What makes you think that.?
What's the full S/N of the machine.?
No Serial Number on the engine.?
The engine should be a 3304 if it is original.
Part Number on the turbo, cylinder block, etc, etc.?
