Does anyone make a good quality 1:50th scale Cat D6N?

I've looked everywhere I can think of to find any model of any scale of a D6N but so far no luck. I'm specifically looking for the later model black cab D6N with vpat blade and ripper in 1:50th scale.
Does anyone have any leads?
